With over 35 years of experience providing counselling and clinical mental health support, I bring a grounded, compassionate presence to my work with individuals navigating life’s most difficult challenges. I have a specialized focus in complex trauma and practice from a holistic mind-body therapeutic approach that integrates both evidence-based clinical methods and an understanding of the profound connection between emotional and physical wellness.
I support clients in moving beyond traumatic and emotionally painful experiences with calm, ease, and compassion. At the heart of my practice is a deep commitment to emotional safety, non-judgment, validation, and respect. Therapy goals are developed collaboratively, always tailored to the unique needs and strengths of each individual.
I provide support for a wide range of concerns, including:
Relationship issues and family conflict
Abuse, violence, and victimization
Divorce, child-parent challenges, and aging-related concerns
Grief, bereavement, and tragic or chronic loss
Suicide postvention support
Substance use and addictions
Identity, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders
In each session, you can expect a safe space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at a pace that feels right for you. My aim is to help you reclaim emotional strength, cultivate resilience, and move toward greater emotional growth, confidence, and overall wellness.
