Your Inner Om: Introduction to Meditation Series

Come and find the path of least resistance on your journey inward.

Join Meditation Coach and Guide Stef Bourke on this introductory series that will expose you to the fundamentals of meditation.

 

𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗶𝗳:

 You have struggled to build a practice that you can stick to.
You’ve tried meditation but it’s just not ‘working’.
You are aware that you are not your thoughts, but you can’t seem to find the space to observe them.
You know your nervous system needs calming and you’re ready to try this!

These sessions will be rich with opportunity to ask questions about meditation, what comes up for you when you try to meditate, and what hurdles you might be facing within your own practice.

Each week we will focus on a different approach to calming the body and give you an opportunity to have first-hand experience working with each approach. You’ll be supported with an optional ‘challenge’ for the week should you choose to accept it, and a link to a recording of a guided meditation that will support you as you practice on your own.

Week 1:  Meditation Basics - Relaxing the Body
Week 2:  Focus - Easing the Mind
Week 3:  Grounding - Finding Calm at your Feet
Week 4:  Visualization - Working with Creativity
Week 5:  Energy and Intention Meditation

Cost: $144 (5 Weeks)

Guided Meditation and Soul Talk Series

We will come together to meditate, to explore a theme related to our practice and to share in honest and open conversation with one another around our practice. Please accept the invitation to join in meditative space together.

In working together through meditation and sharing in soul talk, you will have the opportunity to expand your awareness, explore different states of consciousness and cultivate the core experiences of connection, balance, joy, love and peace.

Regular meditation sessions have been proven to lower stress and anxiety levels, lengthen your attention span, deepen your connection to the body and help you sleep better at night.

Stef Bourke is a certified Meditation and Alignment Coach. She focuses on providing practical tools to help people experience more mindful moments in their everyday lives.


She is a lover of nature, animals and authentic connection. When she’s not practicing meditation or yoga, you can find her outside, drinking in the experience of the world we live in.
