With a specialized focus in women's mental health, I bring a warm, compassionate presence to my work with individuals navigating life's challenges. My approach integrates ACT, Narrative Therapy, CBT, and embodied therapies within a holistic mind-body framework — rooted in the belief that everyone is the expert on their own story.
I support clients in rewriting the narratives that no longer serve them, making space for new meanings, possibilities, and a deeper connection to their own strengths. At the heart of my practice is a commitment to emotional safety, authenticity, and non-judgment. Therapy goals are developed collaboratively, always tailored to the unique needs and values of each individual.
