I approach therapy with the belief that everyone deserves a space where they feel understood, supported, and safe to explore what matters most to them. We all experience periods of pain, uncertainty, and disconnection, and my role is to walk alongside you with care and steadiness as you navigate those moments.

Drawing from a range of trauma-informed, evidence-based, and expressive therapies, I tailor my approach to meet each person’s unique needs. Whether we are working through traumatic experiences, strengthening family relationships, supporting a child’s emotional development, or building healthier patterns within couples, I strive to create an environment of grounding, compassion, and emotional safety.

My work with children often integrates play and sand tray therapy, offering developmentally attuned ways for young clients to express themselves and process difficult experiences. With individuals and families of all ages, I emphasize collaboration, empowerment, and a deep respect for each person’s strengths, resilience, and lived story.

In every session, my intention is to help you feel seen and supported as you move toward greater clarity, connection, and wellbeing.
