I take a trauma-informed, culturally-sensitive approach, integrating mindfulness, acceptance, and compassion as foundations for growth. Together, we work to build resilience, deepen self-awareness, and move to live more fully in line with what matters to you.
Before beginning my training as a therapist, I served for over 15 years in the military. My experiences taught me a great deal about stress, resilience, and the power of community. It also deepened my understanding of how culture shapes our experiences and relationships. My desire to contribute to world peace remains, but I've come to believe that lasting peace comes from within.
Reaching out for support can be one of the hardest and most meaningful steps you can take. My role is to offer a collaborative and nonjudgmental space where you can explore difficult experiences, make sense of your story, and connect with your innate capacity for growth and change. I would be honoured to walk alongside you on your journey.
