My approach to therapy is person-centered and eclectic, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Gestalt Therapy. My goal is to walk alongside you, providing compassionate support as you work toward your therapeutic goals. I offer a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can explore the challenges you're facing with openness and honesty.
I work with children, adults, and families navigating a wide range of issues—including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and personality disorders. I believe therapy is most effective when there is a good fit between client and therapist. That’s why I encourage you to book a free consultation to see if we’re the right match.
I’m a Canadian who has lived in Australia, England, and South Africa, and have travelled to many countries. These experiences have deepened my appreciation for diversity, culture, and different ways of living in the world. They’ve also reaffirmed my passion for connection and helping others feel seen, supported, and understood.
I now live in Brighton with my husband, our two daughters, our cat Lola, and Molly the dog—who proudly serves as my office/therapy assistant (and sometimes greeter!).
