My approach to therapy is person-centered and eclectic. Drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Gestalt Therapy, I am here to walk alongside you and support you in reaching your therapeutic goals. I aim to provide a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space to allow you to explore and reflect on the struggles you are facing. I work with children, adults and families experieincing a range of issues from depression and anxiety to mood disorders and personality disorders. I believe that every client should pick a therapist that fits for you. I invite you to book a free consultation to see if I am the right therapist for you!
I am a Canadian who has travelled to many countries and I have lived in Australia, England and South Africa. My travels have taught me to appreciate and embrace diversity, culture, inclusivity and different ways of living in this world. I have learned how important it is for me to connect with and help others.
I live in Brighton with my husband, two daughters, Lola the cat, and Molly the dog. Molly likes to help me as my assistant in the office!
